Custom-Made Items

All products sold on parts-dispensed.com are either produced on demand or manufactured in small batches using additive manufacturing. Therefore, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on the basis of:

  • Customer error or incorrect item ordered
  • Compatibility issues with other parts
  • Changes in preference or use
  • Failure to read product descriptions/specifications

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. You must provide:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
  • Your original order number and email

If the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement part (same item only)
  • A full or partial refund

Note: Items that show signs of misuse, modification, or installation will not qualify for return or replacement.
